Was the UC humanized?

A few weeks ago, the project "Humanization of the Faculty" was executed. That project was deviced by students on their last semester at the university, and classroms' walls were painted with loads of moral thinking on them. However not only classrooms were painted, they also painted their floors and some desks. It could happen by the unwiligness, lazyness, or only protocol compliance doing a project. On the other hand, students haven't collaborated with the appearance of classrooms, the already made a mess of the walls, and we can see shoe prints on places where it's impossible put feet without the purpose. In one case on the third floor the words "Engineering is the best" (in Spanish) were written. So, is it possible humanize the whole university?
